As I wrote in my very first post I set up EnglishWeddingIdeas.co.uk because I got married at Christmas in 2008 and in the run up to the wedding I couldn’t find anything online that I thought was any good – I wanted somewhere I could read about other people’s ideas, experiences, things that they had done at theirs or tips from weddings that they had been to…  We wanted to have a very traditional wedding but at the same time to make it ours and to add a little touch of our glamour and fun, whilst still making it relaxed for everyone (and most of all us!)

This site is there to give inspirations and ideas to brides to be so please let me know your thoughts, email me your ideas, let me know what weddings you have loved and what little touches really made it.  You can contact me through the contact form.
